Carne Asada
Simple ingredients. Classic flavor. Crowd pleaser.

2-3 pounds of steak
2 lemons
2 limes
1 tsp salt
Corn tortillas, lime wedges, white onion and cilantro

Pound steak thin and place in plastic bag or bowl. 
Squeeze one lemon and one lime into bag. 
Cut one lemon and lime into thin slices and place in bag.   
Slice half a white onion into strips and place in bag.  
Chop cilantro and place in bag. 
Marinate for at least one hour or overnight. 
Remove steak and grill on medium-high heat. 
Cut steak into small pieces. 

Serve with warm corn tortillas, finely chopped white onion, lime wedges, cilantro, and salsa.
